Me too. Hate Pistachios and Almonds. Not a big fan of cashews either. You are not alone.

Give option to non performers to leave so hardworking folks can stay! Please change the review strategy for leads, get their review from folks they work directly with daily, not their bosses. Current review steategy has too many gaps and bad managers can not be picked out.

Hope they are active at work :) Please be active, raise your voice when you see unprofessional behavior at work, that is the only way to make our work lives better. Don't wait for someone to create miracle at work. Bad professional habits are creating unhealthy work culture. Start today, be the change you want to see...... If teammate is unprofessional then it should not kill your mojo. Think, why are you at work, for all bad teammates around or for yourself? Be the good example to be followed. Be proud that you are better and show it through your good work. We spend more than 50% of our young years at work, we all deserve better environment...make your time at work count, guys!
