Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

QCer- The blue collar workers are better than we corporates. Atleast they don't have to follow stupid corporate rules. Corporate workers are slaves, REAL SLAVES. Getting paid more just make us royal slaves thats all. When everything is going well in the company our minds were so high in heaven but in reality we were just being tortured. Now the times are bad, see whats coming out of this corporate job. You can do nothing about the racism, nothing about fools getting promoted, nothing about managers sucking your blood. HR is just another form of ISIS. The only thing we can do is backbite. If so many of us think the company is racist can we go out in open and declare it? Can we carry out a protest? If we see some politics going on our company, can we call the turko files to disclose the politics of criminal level? NO, NO and NO. Taking forever to layoff people is like having cancer and waiting for the blood reports to come for 11 long months. And you expect us to be civilized and say how joyful the last few years have been working at qualcomm.
