I know of one senior director. After shipping out ~3billion dsp cores, we were told we do not add any price/power/performance advantage.
In many all hands Q&A, Murthy, SM, Cristiano said "absolutely no bad decisions made" by them. I was a "perfect storm". This is why Qualcomm will sink. When that happens, Jana would have already cashed out, and disgusting Muthy, SM, Cristiano riding their over sized golden parachutes.
I also know of a director who was cut, because he would not kiss ass of higher management. Q management is preferring to keep the "yes" people. Not good for any company, especially one which is in dire need for innovation and creativity.
OP: Dream on. Murthy won't give up the key to the executive washroom until SM pries it from his cold, dead fingers.
