the only thing I could find is about useless. http://hr.conocophillips.net/EN/canada/policies/Pages/index.aspx on the left side under Employment there is a link to "termination of employment policy" but it is dated January of 2002. Apparently HR in Canada doesn't like to updater their policies
Is there an equivalent document for Canada? Have been searching shared drive and extranet with no luck.
Can anyone confirm if the Canada severance policy is the same as the US?
