Running out of people to PIP
There won't be many people to give reviews to starting next year.
I agree. But what about this fall review cycle? Heard it will start in September end instead of August.
They should discontinue the process completely. Move to real time feedback. Promote when ready. Tie bonuses to financial performance, pay out quarterly.
Not sure I understand. Is this just another rumor or credible info? I have not heard anything to this effect so far.
