Few folks got pinged via IM for one on one face to face notification with their VP/Sr Dir. That's how it's done at least in QUIC. Folks walked out with yellow envelope containing green folder that had details about their package. Not sure if they are done handling them out yet.

Package info: 8 weeks plus 2 weeks for every year of service plus healthcare cost. The lump sum will be delivered 50 days after termination date. There are few term dates: Nov 20, Jan, and Mar.
The package would be forfeited if we resign before term date unless there's exception case.
