Did they include your vacation pay from "Globalstar package"?
Clarification. I was laid off just a couple months before full vesting. Was REALLY pissed at the time.
Package hasn't changed since I was laid off 15 years ago (Globalstar disaster). I also had 8 weeks plus 2 weeks per year service. Pissed though that they didn't accelerate more of my stock options. Vesting schedule changed a couple months after I hired from 20% after 2,3,4 and 40% 5th year, to straight 20% each year. They only accelerated 10% of the 40%. But, oh well. Life has been much better in the 15 years since I left the Q.
does the 8 week base start after 60 days notice or from today????

Do you have to work till November to get the severance pkg? What about vacation, and medical?
