2 cement crews and how many engineers?
2 cement crews? Is that all that is left in Caldwell these days? What happened to the 4 or 5 that were there recently and all the Fresno transfers? Gotta be more than just two. Agree, start lookin for a new job before the market is even more saturated with people looking for jobs. Don't be like the rest of the lazy f***s out there and just sit on unemployment. Wait, most of you probably will just sit on it cause many of them there are lazy.
One frac crew and two cement crews doesn't generate enough money to pay the bills for that yard. The Caldwell yard will be shut down by the end of the quarter. Most the good employees have already left or been laid off. Still a few left. Like the previous comment stated, start looking for a new job.

Agreed. There are only a couple of people there that I'd hate to see lose their jobs, but that's it. Shut that shit hole down, or just start firing management to lighten the payroll.

I work there and I like my job! So no they should not just shutdown the yard.
They need to shut that place down and just be done with it.
