We are not racists. We are pointing out an injustice against the American Engineers. It's blatantly unAmerican.
How about digging into DOL complaints regarding QCOM hiring practices? Or getting someone in HR to talk. You'll get lots of dirt about QC.
Maybe you can do an article about how unAmerican QCOM is. Purposefully shutting out American Engineers for cheap labor slave Indians. You'll find many that have been wronged by QC. You should also look into how IJ greases the politicians to get his increase in H1Bs.

Who can afford to risk their severance to take on Qualcomm and its hiring problems, unethical business practices, discrimination, harassment, etc.? The stories are all there, but no individual is going to take on Qualcomm's lawyers! Good luck to you--I hope you find people willing to talk.
Look up Don Baeder on the SD Reader comment section regarding QC. He can give you lots onaterial regarding their H1B abuse. Hope you can out QC unethical hiring practices.
