I had the wonderful opportunity to experience the energizing flow of top engineering talent in many teams @ Q for the past many, many years. Today, I was told that my sevices are no longer required, so I'll move on. You should do the same.
Unfortunately, now I'll never find out if any of the many sucky, incompetent managers were eliminated, so in my mind Qs future is no better off, or even worse, than it was before.
