Did anyone volunteer themselves to get on the list but didn't get approved? If so - did HR give you any reasoning as to why you didn't get on the list?

There were no guarantees but I find it interesting that some volunteers were approved and others were not. Sounds like BS AND DISCRIMINATION to me Anonymous156013. Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way!
