I just realized something. With the pending layoffs there is one group in this company that is going to feel the blunt of the pain and suffering the most during the coming layoffs. The minority that is facing extinction is not based on race, religion or even sex. The group is the “heritage” Phillips people. So brothers and sisters of the shield – Bend Over Here It Comes Again.

I've always wondered how Phillips buying Conoco )yes ti was a merger and both CEO's received GREAT payoffs), but Phillips had controlling shares. Phillips was the step-child from day one due to Mulva. I can only assume the "backdoor" proposition with Dunham makde the deal.
Nah, they'll just drop the 66 when Phillips buys COP back for pennies on the dollar.
