Rate your direct supervisor from 1 awful to 5 good
My personal supervisor gets a 1 because all he did say was that we were having layoffs.

Actually good to hear positive stories about supervisors. The tenure at ConocoPhillips was a parade of incompetent supervisors unfortunately.
My Supervisor has been excellent throughout this fiasco. 5
I give my boss a 5++ I will say my boss is the best boss I've had, and I've had many good bosses in my lifetime. This is the best team I've worked with; although I've worked with really good teams in my career.
Me too, 5+ for my supervisor as well. It's ironic that after all these years my favorite rotation and supervisor is my last. I can say the same for the next two level managers. Great communication and they truly care about their employees.
5+ for my manager and she is very supportive.
5++ for my team lead, he is sharp, smart, and talent,
5 for my co-workers surrounding me..
but we will see 50% cut based on ELT's decision....

Since there are no zeros, my supervisor gets a 1. For a favoritism and being an all around jerk

1 for sleeping with the contractor... sex with an employee is bad enough but did the entire company need to be subjected to the terms of endearment?
Mine is a 1 as well. He spends his entire day behind closed doors playing with the formatting of his daily and weekly activity (aka, pursed lip) reports. So worried about himself that he has lost the support of the team and field.
What is he suppose to tell you?
