No. That won't necessarily save them QCOM has hundreds--perhaps thousands of Patents that it never put into any of its products.
I don't know why this companies are looking for H1B's when the people inside the country are struggling to meet both ends.
Companies and Govt should consider seriously before hiring an H1B .
Too funny, writing some paper and giving it over to a corp, you're a real 'innovator', i.e. slave to the company, but that's why you're there. I hope Q keeps all the H1B's, that way the good people won't have to see the dead weight in any other places.
