1314 is the San Diego number for Wednesday only. It does not reflect the total in California or the nation.

i dont think this number is true.....1314 is the real number..... they will lay off 4500 over the next year sep 2016..... also it will give people more time for leaving the company....
samsung and apple are not going use Q's chips....so basically no money is coming in....server and Iot needs to be seen....so there is no revenue coming in....layoff's are necessity.....same thing happened to so many others motorola, AMD, broadcomm, TI etc......
