My VP actually enjoyed telling folks they are being let go. What a bastard!
Guaranteed, the last two days have been psychological the hardest days for many Sr. VPs, VPs, Sr. Dirs, Dirs etc. They were tasked to go face to face and tell their team members to GTFO. Those who performed well in their duty, will keep their jobs. This was just a graduation test, part of their job requirements. The things that don't kill you, make you stronger!
