KKR owns the company not the stockholders.
This must be related to losing the investor law case yesterday. Stock people must have decided that they don't have the cash to pay and must declare Chapter 11.
Why are there so many hits? What have you heard?

In most cases, companies declare Chapter 11 Bankruptcy at this point.
If the stock reaches a value of zero, trading can cease and the company can continue to operate as a privately held company, or the company may file for bankruptcy. A company's stock reaching zero value does not mean that the company must file for bankruptcy. They have run out of money. They can't continue to pay wages.
Probably the stock has dropped to close to zero because of the law case they lost and they are hiding the information so that panic will not set in.
Companies announce they are closing when stocks reach almost zero. EDMC are there.They are breaking laws by hiding the information.
I thought they delisted over a year ago.....what does this really mean? I thought it was a penny stock any way. Please don't make fun of me, I really don't understand
Hurry and take your things to your car, before they walk you out and they don't have the money to mail your stuff to you.

The links says "open N/A". Means stock is not trading. It is the end.
