CRD used to do good things before management got all grobby and insisted on QCT tasks. They need to un-grobbify by 3dB.
CRD definitely not affected --- I talked to contacts there.

Crd sucks
You are just experiencing the initial shock which is as to be expected. What you will realize with time is that it is only a job and there are many more jobs out there. Use this bad experience to force yourself to identify the job that makes you happy and turn this around so you end up in a better place.
It is not difficult. Think you have now a clearer picture on what you can do to shape your career. Don't just apply for jobs randomly but give it some thought as to what are the top things that matter to you and apply that way.
