Vivek, there is a website called glassdoor.com that has much more details about salaries and compensation than you want . Don't do stupid things like posting questions here.
huh I guess I was lucky not to accept an offer in SD. With 5 yrs experience, they said 105k, I asked 110k (now I know I was foolish) and they said no and I said no. I am glad I did say no.
I'm SVP Technology, $190/hr.
Rupee!!!!!!!!!!
Why not? Let make it a nice round number and make it $1million
Mine is $500k
My base salary is $400k
$300k/year plus bonuses
QCOM has decided that all engineers will be paid in their native currency. So Mr Ganesh, it will be ~120k ₨ ₹. This will make it easier for you to send money back to your village.
I don't know about the Q, but at a competitor in san diego with an equivalent title, my base was $170k and after a reduced cash bonus and stock grant, I was above $200k/year for the past 4 years. I switched to another employer, and my base is roughly the same (it's slightly lower, but the cash bonus is better), so it evens out. I am told by colleagues that pay at Intuit for an like titled person is even better than Q. So a $200k/year comp package isn't really that special only for the Q.
Why the Finger you want to know idiot!
110-120 k base.
