Everryone knows that whatever reduction of the workforce won't solve the Company's cash flow problem. The company needs a major overhaul in upper management who led us into this mess, and we don't see any changes in management coming yet. They can let go of all the workforce, but if the strategy still stays the same, nothing will get resolved. The ROOT CAUSE of this problem should be tackled. BU Staffs didn't cause these problems, they just simply follow the direction given by management and leadership philosphy which is killing our future.

I think it's candy crush that ruined CVX...or was it Facebook? Amazing how many people think it's acceptable to steal company time then blame upper management for not adding value.

Stating the obvious 10,000 times is necessary. Really? What a child. Several weeks back this board had many posts with useful info. Now it's mostly immature, crude buffoons. It's embarrassing.
Chevron will go on for a while as is. For anyone to say they know what next year or the years after will be is foolishness. I agree with a few previous posters, if you're so bitter or upset, move on.
Hey Anon158197... Stating the obvious is easy for you. For the rest of us, stating the obvious 1,000 times or 10,000 IS NECESSARY! You strike me as a self-centered arrogant terd... perhaps even one of the management types that brought on many of our company's failures and still gets to keep his job.
