Qcom only 7% lay off is done remaining will be in two phases, list is ready, timing we don't know.

After this round of layoff, many people will leave voluntarily. Q does not need to pay them severance package, so save lots of money.

Huge lay off will be done in phases to to fine tune the restructure. That's is the normal practice. Next lay off will come without any notice
