Sorry, but it seems 2 out of 6 of your co-workers have been Q'ed.
Had co-workers check go/transition, 2/6 can access the site. I suggest you call your HR rep and demand an explanation of what is going on if you can access the site but have not been notified of a layoff. That is your right.

A little inside scoop. If you go to "go/transition" and can access it, you are on the layoff lists. This is a IT/management screwup. Supposedly, only folks notified that they are cut will have access to this site. That is not the case. If you can access, you are on the layoff list but for a future date. Layoffs will continue until JUL2016.

For each laid-off worker, Q needs to pay severance package, which is quite a few months of salaries.
If an employee leave voluntarily, Q does not need to pay anything. Suppose each employee cost $10000/month (actually much higher), if 1000 leave voluntarily, it saves the company 40 to 80 million dollars. If you wait until November, it will be difficult to get interview. It is holiday time.
So for your and Q's sake, please get a job and leave. The Q management greatly appreciate your help.
