Possible merger with NOV?

What do you think? Can both companies strengthen each other?

Anony 158380 ----- in your last 2 paragraphs, you've just described NOV. Major stock decline. their stock was dumped too. Also they had to buy some of their stock back to keep numbers from dropping any further then dumped again. Closed their doors permanently at many locations. It ain't thriving like it once did and won't.

The big boys have and are making their deals "Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker, GE". Yes they may have to sell off some product lines to get the government to go along. WFT is left out in the cold. Low oil prices, no cash flow, a lot of debt that is coming due in 2016. Two options available for WFT, stocks will continue to decline and will enter the junk market. Company could then be picked up for pennies on the dollar. Look at some of the really big former stock holders and ask yourself the question, Why did they dump their stock!
