Check glassdoor most of these bozos are full of crap, $130k for staff, maybe $10k, maybe $15k bonus if you suck up enough, total $140k-$145k.

130k base, yes, 200k with bonuses and vesting stock
Staff Eng. average about 130K. Slightly less for H1-B; more for suck-ups.

If I calculate my pay hourly I'm below minimum wage, at least until Nov 20 when my overall comp will drop but my hourly will jump on unemployment.
