AUO offered a buyout three months ago when they changed to the SA model. It might be in their best interest to offer another buyout. From what I'm hearing a lot more would take a buyout now after realizing what the role involves. Wouldn't it be better to eliminate unhappy employees then to let them bring down the rest. That way they'd only be left with happy employees who are still bought in to what is going on.

when have success factors ever been lowered due to nobody hitting their numbers
The problem with your idea is that there aren't any happy employees.
They should offer a severance every week. That little bitch gavlik ruined auo and lied to the whole staff. The staff largely hates it there. If they offered a severance to the floor I bet there would be only enough people for one or two teams and everyone else would dip
If ANYONE is "happy" working there, they must be COMPLETELY CLUELESS. If anything, it's horrid management that "brings everyone down".
Loads of happy adjuncts at the art institute! Recent grads needed jobs!
I think when success factors are up and it's obvious that the majority aren't hitting their nbers there will be big adjustments. Either lower success factors or buyouts offered.
More delusional. That's why the need to turnover employees. Eventually they get tired of the kool aid
There are happy employees at EDMC?
