Sure they will, but as small fries in the education sector. I assure you the DoE is hellbent on right-sizing UOP to fewer than 100K--they will succeed in this endeavor. It's good for the taxpayers. Ideally, UOP should have fewer than 75K. Don't worry. This will happen.

Are you Capelli's "fluffer and stuffer?" UOP will be entirely online in a few years and will likely have fewer than 75K by the end of the decade. It may not survive DOE penalties either.
