I spent one day everyday at Gym, and then 0.5 warming up for a Basketball match at noon, play 1 hr and 0.5 to cool down, also 1 hr for lunch, I work the rest of the 8 hrs I am very happy to work for Qualcomm!! No one seems to care so I will continue with my day by day routine is worthed!!'

No 181569. OP attacks employees that make use of the facilities. I remember when the employees were asked what facilities they would like when we acquired our first building (building Q). I played volleyball after work one day a week and at lunch. However, I worked long hours. In know many employees that use the facilities that work hard. I stand by assertion that he is bitter that he is a fat ass that does not use the facilities so he assumes that anyone who uses the facilities is not working hard.
OPS point is very straight forward....too many people at Qualcomm not working as they supposed to, someone needs to look at this issue, is very obvious!!!
