I did not get my accrued vacation either. Maybe it will be part of our severance check. Does anybody know for sure?
Received mine 10/21. I thought our accrued vacation would be paid on our last paycheck but I did not get mine. Did anyone get theirs yet?
Severance packets are being sent this week through FedEx. Last payroll date 10/16 + 5 days afterwards would be 10/21. I guess HR suck at their jobs and should be held liable for being incompetent in their jobs and need to be laid off too. Any legal recourse for their delay, per the WARN
Mine came today, FedEx overnight. Essentially release forms so the process can continue.
They have 5 days from your last date to send so if your last day is friday then they have 5 days from that.
