While they're at it take down all that stupid "values matter" and "love fest" bullshit too. For a company that wouldn't shut up about its own fairness, communication, and values for 25 years, it sure is quiet lately.

You know who cares about "Team Member" happiness? Employees. You know who doesn't give a crap about it? Management and everyone else. So how do you get that "core value" protected? Organize.
