its been bad at my store for all summer..the stl is an idiot and one of the astl is a total cop...the part time work force they want now dont give a rats ass about anything..if you dont give somebody the dignity of full time employment you tend to get undignified employees...now with layoffs the remainders dont care because they dont believe the "leadership" and "values" anymore...the staffing is terrible..total labur budget cuts so the uppercrust can skim off the top to give to wall street and even the public know this now when they have to wait in line at whole foods..god forbid the rich and glamorous have to wait in lines..
Moral sucks. And guess what! Nobody gives a shit. If I hear my STL say " we need to get over it and move on" one more time I'm going to....... The customers are pissed off. Long lines, out of products and nobody to wait on their stuck up, pretentious asses. Who cares! Nobody I work with.
