Managers in Axia were told 9 managers need to be axed in the division... This means Managers have three options:
1) Take voluntary package (with 4 extra weeks of pay)
2) Step down to Enrollment Counselor and take 10% pay
3) Ride it out and do nothing. In the event the manager is laid off, they have option to step down with pay decrease.
Best of luck to all employees hanging in there at UOP... I feel for everyone in Enrollment.... This is a result of the poor and incompentent managerial decisions from people that were put in place because of "Who they know" verses "What they know."
