Voluntary Layoff Packages for Enrollment Mgrs

Managers in Axia were told 9 managers need to be axed in the division... This means Managers have three options:

1) Take voluntary package (with 4 extra weeks of pay)

2) Step down to Enrollment Counselor and take 10% pay

3) Ride it out and do nothing. In the event the manager is laid off, they have option to step down with pay decrease.

Best of luck to all employees hanging in there at UOP... I feel for everyone in Enrollment.... This is a result of the poor and incompentent managerial decisions from people that were put in place because of "Who they know" verses "What they know."

Take the money and run while UOP still has money to payout…. Once they go under, no money for payouts!

But will ther be a market increase in November??

There will be voluntary layoffs tomorrow. Each location has to be at a certain number of employees. You can volunteer and get an extra 4 weeks of severance or roll the dice. ER's, Managers and DOE's. Employees have until 11/6 to volunteer. Layoffs effective 11/19. Still on payroll until 12/11. DOE's and Managers have option to step into a lesser roll with 10% salary decrease, hence taking spots in employee count. You are all fing doomed you dumb ass fs!!!#

I haven't heard anything here in Education. Does anyone know if we are also part of the layoffs here in Arizona?

Dallas, Houston, amd Phoenix will have enrollment layoffs for business.

Enrollment is the reason we're so screwed with their hefty 40% raises in the past... Now they have bloated salaries making 6 figures doing jack shit

More because enrollment douche bags spend more time f***ing around playing corn hole watching movies on iPads than concentrate on how to clean up quality of this university, finance and academics haven't felt layoffs outside of campuses so don't blame Managment, somebody ran a lean department
