Publix and other moving forward retailers are using it. WF is just still in the stone age, same with workday, it's about time..

Sales are entered into a program... Based on sales the program spits out a schedule. Full timers are filled in first then everyone else. It does recognize availability or requests off. That has to be fixed by your team leader. If your team leader isn't a douche they may fix it . If they are a douche they won't.
