Anyone know how this works? Have any examples? Curiosity is killing me.

Publix and other moving forward retailers are using it. WF is just still in the stone age, same with workday, it's about time..
Sales are entered into a program... Based on sales the program spits out a schedule. Full timers are filled in first then everyone else. It does recognize availability or requests off. That has to be fixed by your team leader. If your team leader isn't a douche they may fix it . If they are a douche they won't.
Is this part of the "investment in technology"?
