Outside of the US many operators are cancelling or postponing high value projects... a new HAL/BHI organization will be viewed with suspicion by operators especially for high value projects where risk trumps cost.. (no one ever got fired for hiring SLB). SLB will take up any excess capacity in the years to come. You have to ask yourself "if I had to hire a service company, would I hire an unknown quantity with few experienced workers" The future looks uncertain..
