What came next after layoff here at Q is a plan put together/signed off by CEO to reward only a group of people with bonus/RSU (based on no real concrete contribution but based on "future" possibility of that happening). and cause internal friction and increase resentment.
My friend, employees are not valuable to SM. He thinks of us as highly disposable personnel. I loved what Twitter CEO did to boost the morals. Sometimes layoffs are inevitable but what comes after is important.
