If our number do not improve I think we may have massive layoffs very quickly, probably in the first quarter of 2016 or little bit latter. All of our competitors are quickly reacting by shrinking payroll, and the price war is not helping anybody. All companies have massive amounts of debt and that usually ends with tears - people get laid off or companies go bankrupt. I have seen this happen to my previous employer, they had so much debt they had to lay off 1/2 of all staff, and that did not help and we went BK. I am not saying TMOBILE will go bankrupt, but at the same time nothing is safe. Good luck and I hope we do not have layoffs in 2016!
