This company has nowhere to go but to the bottom. I just got back from QIPL and Shanghai trip.
I see so much mistrust between SD, China and QIPL.

I don't believe it is $$$ that is destroing the company. It is mostly the non existent culture and lack of any core values that will destroy the company. Company seems to have no core values... Anything goes... Directors and upper management being abusive and no one speaking up and worst of all HR just going along with it. IMO, the abusive directors should have been FIRED without any severance and there are many still around mostly in Linux Android team...who do nothing except cover their rear ends at the expense of poor hard working engineers. Company needs to set a zero tolerance of these abusive useless managers.. Set core values... Respect among all employees and actions taken (warnings, training, mandatory classes), for anyone who breaks the policies..
$$$ has destroyed Q. She will never return to her former glory. Good riddance to the bottom feeders who cling for a life waiting for things to change.
