Wage increases

Anyone hear wage increases are being cut to 5 percent max of your current wage. And that's only if you get a perfect score on your job dialogue. Also only every year of every 6 months

SP wage guidelines and raise limits are light years behind other regions... Where else can a capped out atl make .30 less than a capped out TL???? What a joke. The SP wage guideline hasn't been revised since 2000!!!

they had this in place years ago but they wormed around it with people moving into new positions..but as to my knowledge they had told team leaders like 10 years ago to try to keep annual pay raises at 5%..its all about wall street getting their money folks..they want return on investment higher than 5% annual too...

That's fine, all that means is for us to stop supporting the foundations and store emergency fund each paycheck. I donate $25 each check which is equivalent to $650 a year! Yea, I'll keep my money thank you.

That seems similar to what's already happening actually. Haven't heard of a raise over 50¢ getting approved in at least a year and a half, even for TLs.

What you post is true in SP. 1 year, 3-5% MAX and I wouldn't rely on the 5% even if you are a stellar TM.
