It is actually possible to fill out a a leadership survey for regional people. I have done this when it seemed important to pass input up the line. Click your region, then click 'regional office'. Choose the person you want to evaluate. They need to get our feedback.

I had a role that required lots of contact with regional folks who were like "dotted line" bosses. However I was never able to evaluate their performance and behavior (both lousy) on any survey. I could only evaluate my immediate leadership. How convenient. We all laughed about how those people at regional seemed completely immune from any consequences or accountability for their constant errors, crappy attitudes and bad planning/communication. It was all by design.

Hmm... never seen the results in any form other than a keyword scatter poster. I'm sure they discuss the real results when they close the office door. Then again, they close the office door to decide what's for lunch or if they're goofing off with their friends.

Our RVP of Purchasing has had abysmal leadership surveys for the last 3 years and yet nothing happens. She says 'Good Morning" for a few days after the results come in but it's forced and obviously fake.

The surveys are bullshit. It's leaderships way of making you think you have a voice!!! There is no transparency or accountability at wf!! Period. The "leadership" sucks!! How can there be any accountability when the RVP is best friends with a STL!!! Unionize.

i think the shit might hit the fan at my store..nobody likes the leadership and morale is terrible..not to mention our terrible comps and labor situations....i heard the surveys do play a role in the stl's and astl's job dialogues though...so maybe no cute raises for them...
