It has become apparent to management that some BHI personnel are still utilizing the BHI Core Values. While we (mngt) have not used these values in quite some time, it is important for the longevity of our company that all remaining people acknowledge the change. TEAMWORK should only be used when it allows for management to take credit for others' work while the employee also accepts blame for others' incompetence. INTEGTITY quite frankly has no place here, it's super inconvenient. COURAGE was initially just used to satisfy HSE and is more appropriately replaced with keeping quiet so as not to make our jobs hard. LEARNING is no longer necessary because it is best to hide incompetence by being disrespectful, condescension and mindlessly repeating what other's say. Being an ass about everything possible and to others' is what really shows us we need to keep you around. We are proud to say PERFORMANCE remains. Please maintain perfect performance with inadequate resources. If your safety is possibly impacted, be sure to remember to forget about courage, integrity, etc. Thank you and be quiet.

The current layoffs are a BHI cost, but by delaying expensive director and VP layoffs until after the merge they will become a HAL cost. There is probably a bonus incentive for the BHI leadership doing it this way.
Well I see performance has went to shit in all BHI shops that are still left. Moral is the lowest I have every seen and who cares nobody best thing to do is least amount of work and job search every chance you get. Oh forgot let's layoff more workers and keep all managers to slap bags together.
