Aside from rumors of the layoff of about 1500 people? Aside from the fact that the 810 chip was behind schedule? Aside from the fact that certain key employees were shorting stock? Aside from the fact that BarryJANA was beginning to rant about entitlement issues w/r/t "having their say" because of their "stake" (--read stupidity in buying high--) in the company? Take your pick! Talk to the "disgruntled employees." They may be "disgruntled," but a lot of them are also on the Asperger's Spectrum and aren't real good at dissembling. They also come across as much smarter than many of the people in management. I'd love to see the deposition tapes of MR released on YouTube after the lawyers have been working him over for awhile.
