We are doing our best to ensure you have a department to come back to once the upturn begins. If we were to go now, you would have nothing to come back to! Stay positive my Baker Brethrren.

I would not take TOO much satisfaction in kicking someone when they are down.
Things will not improve until 2019, if you want to wait that long to come back.
HAL needs to keep BHI managers in order to identify who to layoff.
Um Yes we have a whole shit load of fresh Baker guys.
$12.00 hour ! No shit! ask your guys there that have friends.
Baker guys here. They don't complain They are well manored obedient mother f***ers.
And there wont be anywhere else to work. So never say never bitches!
We will see your asses at the bottom of the hole.
Only a Hall employee would take some kind of pride in the fact that it gets paid shit and can be compared to Walmart. I don't know one Baker employee who will re-apply for this crap. Halliburton might gain marketshare by killing Baker but they won't have enough qualified people to do the work to meet the demand in the field. Get used to lost sales. SLB will own you. Have fun re-applying with them you f***ing prick.
Um no we wont have any Baker Barf !
It will be run By us! You will re-apply. And start off from the ground up.
We will be starting most operators at $12.00 an hour.
Just in case you don't know.
And managers $15.00 with a proven track record! Welcome to Walmart mother f***ers!
A week is a long time in BHI land ..and it's only Monday...
The management screwed it all up in the first place. I figured Hal would at least see that and can those aholes!!
Piss off management.
Yes, we must keep management in place. We are at a higher level of intelligence. This is a no brainier
It's not rocket science. You get rid of the dross and keep the smart ones. You have to be smart to be a manager.
Very doubtful that there will be many Baker employees left after the buyout. But, time will tell. HAL managers can certainly manage both.
OK
