Halliburton has been laying off a lot of it's employees here in the United States. Dedication and loyalty to the company mean nothing anymore and they're showing it by laying everybody off. Any Halliburton employee who remains loyal, is truly a dumbass.
Halliburton hires management from outside. They have no idea what the company does or how. A lot of them just out of college, and the only thing they experience at is spending mom and dads money, and suddenly they are a Halliburton manager. My opinion, Halliburton has a lot of great employees being lead by a bunch of know nothing managers.

Yes Halliburton is the Walmart of the oil industry. It makes it's workers work twice as hard for less pay. Halliburton has been laying off a lot of it's employees lately more than Baker. Which shows that they don't care about their employees.
They view BHI employees as beneath them even dog shit is higher on the scale of likeability
