What a set of tossers you guys are who write negative comments on this site. Some of you guys need to go work in the real world for a while. A world where your pay doesn't include 10-15 thou a year overtime(oh dear, you've had your overtime cut) Shame. And some of you are panicking because you'd taken your overtime into account when you'd taken out your mortgage for your big houses!!!! Try working somewhere that your salary aint much more than the money you "earn" or used to earn on overtime. Try bringing your kids up on that. What about if you didn't get paid when you were off sick?? Having to drag yourself into work because you knew you couldn't afford to lose your wages for sick days. Try having a wee bit empathy for others rather than offering up your colleagues to be paid off in order that you don't lose your overtime. Oh aye...and I'm expecting the "brown nose" comments so don't waste your time. Spend that time on reflection. On saying that, many of you may not like what you see when you take a long hard look at yourselves.
