Culture totally changed... brilliant engineers have no place now. The rising stars are those who can drive their teams to deliver fast regardless of the qualify and regardless of the morale of the the team. QC is now loaded with mangers and leads who ate totally hated and not even respected by their teams.

Not at the risk of compromising the company core values. Not compromising the major asset (dedicated emoyees). Not compromising quality extensively.
I feel here at Q, executing anything is just too complicated. Q red tapes, processes (defined and undefined) get in the way of getting anything done... Sucking the fun out of doing anything technical. Making this a really horrible env for real developers and engineers.

Agreed. The people that get rewarded are those that like to "crack the whip". But isn't this the evolution of all companies? A focus on innovation in the beginning then execution as the business matures.
