I don't recall seeing Apple executives wearing a suit. Are designer's jeans, black t-shirt (WhyWait logo) and a jacket ok? ...

Assless chaps, it'll make it easier
Business casual...button down, khakis, brown shoes for nearly every tech company in Bay
Don't dress like Steve for your interview unless you are Steve. Break out a tie.
Cool story bro
Personally, I would save the "Why wait...." t-shirt for cruising Silicon Valley brew pubs with friends. Stick with themes or issues your interviewer is most likely to feel comfortable with, or agree with.
Generally acceptable t-shirt issues: (1) IOCCC annual t-shirts; (2) puns involving complex mathematical algorithms; (3) environmental themes; (4) sports themes associated with California such as surfing, rock climbing, hang gliding, skiing. Potentially problematic themes: (1) sex; (2) religion; (3) politics; (4) craft beer (--with your luck, your interviewer will be the only Muslim or fundamentalist Christian at Apple.) Also, on cooler days, you may want to consider the plain black turtleneck often affected by the late Steve Jobs.
i think a "Badge Awareness Month" t-shirt is better. Let them know you are serious about security. #badgelivesmatter
