Most of sperry tools are design released pre-HAL acquisition of dresser.

Sperry is losing all its technological advantages in the market. To make things worse HAL invests very little in the RnD of Sperry (what do you expect from a PUMP company).

Sperry has only its solid team of good people, but now HAL seems to get rid of them before releasing Sperry to the buyers. Hoping for the best for Sperry boys

Sperry ain't had a project in yearrrrrrrsssss, just spinning their wheels, brought in an assortment of GE brain trusts that did uh something, I guess, and didn't Hal brag out all the fancy pants lawyers they brought in, one things for sure all the aforementioned are still drawing a paycheck, so they must have something figured out, ..

Australia set Dec 17 as its date to approve the merger. The EU won't make a decision till January 12th at the earliest. ( minimum 25 day wait, don't know why the approval date says Jan 12) http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSL8N13Q34R20151201

What is going on? it looks like Dave's guys didn't understand the merger process. It's been over a year.

Ha Ha ... Sperry deserves it. When MWD/LWD was king, they pushed their weight around. Always talking about pushing Wireline and other units off the NB manufacturing floor to make way for their big project roll outs.

So very true... you may consider selling your stock now.Halliburton will never be the company it once was

Looks like it is part of a too big to fail plan. Gut Sperry. Gut some more. Then claim that not allowing the merger would too greatly harm Halliburton since Sperry is no longer viable. Anyway, keep playing. Dec 16th is coming. Get ready for all the stops to be pulled out once the stock crashes due to a lack of confidence in the deal ever closing.
