I've already been laid off from this facilty .
Couldn't be happier to join another company .The amount of stress this facilty put on me was ridiculous .
Found a job in a week and I make the same amount of money and with better benefits .
Better 401 k match and better health insurance .
I lost a little vacation but Christ who cares .
For those that are worried start putting your resume in and try and hold on till they distribute a severance to you .
Now I've got 20,000 in the bank and a new outlook on life .
Seems like being laid off has been a positive experience on my end .
I just heard my girls downstairs singin 3 little birds .
