Looks like a set up for a FIRE SALE!
Small offices closing, branches disappearing, and jobs outsourced. The bank is cutting costs at the cost of the employee and the customer.
Moral is at an all time low. This company used to try to retain the best employees and make efforts to be a world class employer now most employees are temps or outsourced. It is pretty sad when you speak to employees from different departments and you can't get any help and can hardly understand them because it sounds like you are speaking to some ghetto thug from some low budget tv show! Associates that have been with the bank for a period of time know this is not the Bank of America that was once reputable and respectable. This new Ghetto Bank of America if this is what your future holds Keep It! If you are doing layoffs please just do it and get it over with.
