HR this is the third time I write a post, I am old, can barely move around and I only work 3 hrs a day, I attend meetings but do not contribute, on top of that I cover my team so they can have relaxed days and just do whatever they want to do. Can HR let me go this time? I am at W and everybody knows me....

I cannot lay you off. There are other directors who dont even work for any time, play Solitairre, increast waistlines, bark orders when they have no background and earn $250K/year.
I guess this is for a person who send 3 emails a day and attend 5 meetings along with his lap dog at W. Both delay work to pretend the team is busy and can justify all head count, the truth is these group only need 2-3 efficient people, all other are just useless...
This is for a colored person not you.
