DMc is laying off all these people but how do they still have money for everything else? All this concrete their doing in the back, all these students at HEI getting trained for what?? learn how to file unemployment? House keeping doesn't do shit but walk around. Security is loosing people just because of the bullshit in there security way.

Well ISIS is harvesting oil from Iraq and Syria oil fields they stole. Somebody is helping those guys do that. These rag tag terrorists didn't learn all that oilfield equipment on their own. The oil is being sold through NATO countries. So I bet Halliburton is right in the middle of it. I hope someone finds out and makes that public.
Security, housekeeping, and the cafeteria are all contracted out. The concrete work is paid for by capital improvement funds which are normally allocated a year ahead of time. That's why during the last big layoffs the new test buildings were still completed. Engineering and construction doesn't just happen on a whim.
That's how it is managers are still getting a bonus. Security never layoffs it's a corrupt department ran by the buddy system promote hight school friends and stab everyone in the back. The safety department and epic still have too many people. Guess they can get rid of skilled hands and keep dick lickers. Housekeeping sucks the manager sleeps with most of te girls if they are good looking the workers get paid shit while the leads do nothing except steal and get high
